Holiday Challenge Week #3

Christmas is coming, only just over 7 weeks away! I am trying to stay organized and on top of things so everything is done before my baby arrives! My second baby came 5 weeks early, and I would hate for Christmas to be unprepared with a premie! If you are following the holiday challenge, this week's challenge is to make inexpensive holiday gifts. I decided to tackle the teacher/neighbor/coworker bracket with this great idea! I will write a note that says, "Everyone can use a little extra dough at Christmastime!" I got the cookie dough of course at the Albertsons sale, gift bags at the $ store, and inexpensive cookie sheets. I have the stuff to make 15 of these, but obviously, I am not putting them all together right now. I do though have everything bought, and the signs made, so when the time comes, I can just whip them out quickly. Check one more thing off my list.

  2. What a cute idea! A few years ago I bought a whole bunch of wire whisks at IKEA 2/.99 and bought cake mixes on sale at Albertsons with coupons during a big Betty Crocker sale and made tages that said "We whisk you a Merry Christmas". They were a hit!
