This is a question I have been pondering since the beginning of my coupon existence. Do managers like or hate couponers? How do you think they really feel? Please leave a comment and then I will tell you what I think!
I think if I were in their position, I would have a love hate relationship with couponers. Coupons bring people in to their stores, but it also causes more work and sometimes (like your story with the catalina's) problems.
